Space takes place at Great Wood - a site owned by Scripture Union in the Quantock hills in Somerset. Surrounded by pine forests, and with a fresh-water stream flowing through the site, it is breath-takingly beautiful, increadibly peaceful (when the music is turned down!) and very special.

There's fantastic food, late night films, teaching and discussion on real-life concerns, beautiful scenery, excellent worship, mountain biking, barbeques, music, music, oh and more music... volleyball, log cabins under a starry sky, pub and club night, sunbathing...

... and then there may also be camel trekking (honest), massages, country dancing, a camp fire, buckets and spades... time out...

Fresh air, green fields and blue sky are proven to be good for you - it's called the 'biophilia effect'.

Great Wood can only hold a maximum of 70 people which means you can't get lost in the crowd - unless you want to!
